Job Description

Steady work Monday- Friday.
Saturday’s part days may be required.
Longer work hours are expected and necessary during busy harvest times. apart from altered hours due to certain weather conditions.
Basic working knowledge + operating ability of farming equipment across various farms is required
Maintenance & general clean-up of equipment and machinery.
Other types of heavy equipment and machinery would be an asset.

Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will enjoy working in the outdoors, has been exposed to/or has experience working on a farm.
Must be hard working, self-motivated, able to follow directions and be able to work independently.
Pesticide applicators license would be an asset.

Compensation based on skills and experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $17.00-$23.00 per hour

Requirements/Preferred Qualifications

Candidates will require their own transportation, CSA approved safety boots or shoes and appropriate outside work wear.
Must possess a Class G driver’s license.
DZ or AZ driving license and experience would be an asset.
