A Sous Chef will be running service independently to our standard while taking pride in what they do. The ideal candidate is able to manage orders, stock levels, and correct use of products (including excess). They will provide stations with guidance and feedback, including highlighting issues with standards and performance. An asset will be communicating effectively with all departments of business (utilizing tools like Slack, Gmail, Cloud documents etc.). Along with providing insight into potential pitfalls and ideas to improve how we operate.
Preferred requirements: 2+ years experience in a kitchen environment.
