What you’ll do:
Coach Team Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards
Set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate other
Celebrate wins in the workplace and provide timely feedback
Customer service background preferred
Must be able to lift 25 lbs
Previous experience in Quick Service an asset
Business certificate, training or experience an asset
Friendly and outgoing
Previous management experience preferred
Have a “Can Do” attitude and passion to succeed and accomplish goals.
