Job Description
I am a multidisciplinary artist and professional. I am seeking a highly capable Personal Assistant to support daily operations across my home and studio environments. This role is hands-on, physical, and varied—ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and contributing meaningfully to creative production.
The Personal Assistant will support both domestic and studio functions, helping maintain clean, organized, and efficient working spaces while also assisting in the fabrication and installation of artwork and collaborations with industry professionals.
This is not a passive role. It requires initiative, awareness, and the ability to move fluidly between practical tasks and creative environments. A willingness to learn and an ability to adapt and evolve can take the place of certain experiences listed below.
Key Responsibilities
Studio Support
- Assist in fabricating, assembling, and installing artworks and installations
- Support production tasks across fashion, film, photography, and experiential projects
- Prepare materials, tools, and workspaces for creative sessions
- Assist during collaborations with industry experts and external partners
- Maintain studio organization, inventory, and equipment care
Property Support
- General cleaning and maintenance (indoor and outdoor)
- Organizing storage, supplies, and work areas
- Light repairs and hands-on problem solving
- Seasonal outdoor work as needed
Operational Support
- Running local errands
- Setting up and breaking down project spaces
- Lifting, moving, and transporting materials
- Identifying inefficiencies and proposing practical solutions

Physical & Practical Skills
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs safely
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
- Familiar with general safety protocols in studio and workshop environments
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)

Experience (Preferred but Not Required)
- Experience in art fabrication, construction, set design, fashion production, or similar hands-on environments
- Experience supporting creatives or working in studio settings
- Knowledge of materials, fabrication processes, or installation work
Compensation
Compensation based on experience and skill level.
Starting at $18/hr.
