We are looking for our next Pastry Chef – someone who is excited to work with dynamic ingredients and techniques, with knowledge of basic pastry techniques as well as an ability to execute recipes (with guidance). This person will have a belief in the need for ecological agriculture to become interwoven into food systems, the ability to remain positive and focused under reasonable pressure, has a sense of urgency and understanding of the nature of fast-paced bakeries, desires to work in an environment that prioritizes honest communication and able to acknowledge feedback and issues professionally.
Preferred requirements: 3+ years experience in an elevated kitchen.
