Description

The Town of Lincoln is looking for Part-Time Arena Operators (up to 24 hours / week) for the months of September – May. The duties include:

Ice resurfacing
Rink/Plant readings and inspections as required
Operational and routine maintenance activities
Net moving,
Sanitation duties
Ensuring the safety of patrons during public skates
Providing customer service

Requirements

The Successful Candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:

Completion of grade 12 or equivalent
ORFA refrigeration certificate or equivalent and asset
First Aid & CPR – C/AED certification
Availability early afternoons and on weekends

Hours and shifts may vary; but candidates must be available to work evenings and weekends. The maximum hours for this position is up to 24 hours / week. The current wage is $22.71 / hour.
