Description

The Town of Lincoln is now accepting applications for the position of Museum Camp Leader.  The Museum Camp Leader’s primary functions will be to assist in the development and delivery of educational programming and camps, including leading activities. Other responsibilities include (but are not limited to) participating with and supervising youth volunteers at a variety of community outreach and special community events.

Requirements

  •  Current Standard First Aid / CPR C certification;
  •  High Five Principles of Health Child Development Certificate;
  •  Experience within a museum setting;
  •  Pursuing a degree / diploma in education, museum studies, history, or related field;
  •  Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
  •  Excellent organizational skills;
  •  Experience and/or comfort with costumed interpretation;
  •  Valid Police Waiver (for those candidates over the age of 18).

Compensation


This is a full-time summer position based on 35 hours a week. The hourly rate is $17.38.
