London Born Wine Co. is a family run boutique winery, who focuses on quality rather than quantity in both our wines and staff. If you enjoy our London branding, understand our English sense of humour, and are not afraid to take charge you may be the right fit!

We have been described as fun and a bit quirky, but above all treat our staff with respect believing everyone has a relevant opinion. This position will need you to make high level decisions and will have you doing other tasks when its all-hands-on deck. This is a full time position with paid holidays in January and February when the company is closed.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Promote and manage wine club
Ensure staff appearance is clean and neat
Ensure staff behave in accordance with the London Born policies and procedures
Represent the London Born brand
Oversee and conduct retail store tastings
Give staff training and prepare training programs with Human Resources
Schedule staff shifts
Liaising with financial control and wine maker
Ensure a safe and healthy work environment through the effective operations of the winery
Sort and manage events

Additional Duties

Oversee the restaurant when running at limited capacity
Assisting with overall operations and sales targets
Responsible for communicating, motivating, and incentivizing retail team to meet daily/weekly/monthly sales and wine club sign up targets
Manage daily/weekly cleaning and maintenance schedules
Be prepared to oversee the potential future restaurant/food service component of the retail store.
