Job Title: Farm Assistant (Horse Experience Required)
About Us: Crimson Breeze is a small, family run horse farm in Vineland. With 4 lovely horses (including 2 young and active thoroughbreds), and 50 acres, we are looking for Full-Time equestrian/property maintenance help Monday to Friday.
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a full-time Farm Assistant. This role involves a mix of horse care, landscaping, and general farm duties. If you love horses and enjoy being active and working outdoors, this position is perfect for you!
Responsibilities:
Horse Care: Feeding, grooming, turning out/in, and ensuring the well-being of our horses.
Landscaping: Maintaining lawns, flower beds, forest trails, etc.
General Farm Tasks: Mucking, assisting with fence repairs, equipment maintenance, and other farm-related activities.

Qualifications:
Horse Experience: Candidates must have hands-on experience with horses. Riding experience is a plus, but not required (riding/training opportunities available for the right person)!
Physical Stamina: The role involves outdoor work, so physical fitness is essential.
Attention to Detail: We take pride in our farm’s appearance and safety, so an eye for detail is crucial.
Willing to work alone and rain or shine!
Reliability: Punctual and committed.
Competitive hourly wage, depending on experience ($20-25/hr)
Full-Time Hours (Monday to Friday, 37.5-40 hours per week)
