  • Maintain a detailed log of machine maintenance and repairs.

Designer Collaboration & Production:

  • Work closely with visiting designers on pattern making, understanding their vision and translating designs into actionable patterns.
  • Assist designers in preparing materials for production, including tracing, measuring, and cutting patterns.
  • Execute sewing tasks to join pieces of garments or other articles into finished products, strictly adhering to designers’ patterns, designs, or specifications.
  • Examine finished products for defects, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards set by the designers and the agency.
  • Provide technical input and solutions during the design and production phases.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Entry-Level Focus: While some technical aptitude is desired, we are open to individuals eager to learn and grow their skills in a supportive environment. Grow with us!
  • Hands-On & Proactive: A strong desire to build, organize, and maintain a creative studio space.
