Position Overview: As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that enhance our online presence and drive engagement. You will work closely with sales and operations teams to create, execute, and measure digital campaigns, while demonstrating expertise in social media marketing, web and graphic design, and e-commerce optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Management:
    • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with our brand and business objectives.
    • Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
    • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
  2. Web and Graphic Design:
    • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly website content and landing pages.
    • Design eye-catching graphics, banners, and visuals for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and product promotions.
    • Ensure website content is responsive, SEO-optimized, and user-friendly for an enhanced online experience.
  3. E-commerce Optimization:
    • Manage and optimize our e-commerce platform to drive sales, customer retention, and conversion rate optimization.
    • Implement best practices for online merchandising, product listings, and user experience.
    • Monitor e-commerce analytics, identify trends, and implement strategies for improved performance.
  4. Content Development:
    • Create compelling and relevant content for various digital channels, including blogs, email marketing, and social media.
    • Develop content to ensure content is aligned with SEO and marketing goals.
  5. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
    • Use data to refine strategies and continuously improve ROI.




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media, web and graphic design, and e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
  • Strong graphic design skills and proficiency with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • E-commerce experience with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • SEO and SEM expertise.
  • Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
