We are looking for someone with enthusiasm and curiosity for fermentation and different dough practices. This opportunity allows one to work closely with the farmers & millers to help provide feedback, build local food systems and work with high quality grains. This role involves working as part of a team, we look forward to sharing our practices and hope to learn from what the new bakery member brings.
Preferred requirements: Some experience mixing, shaping and baking.
